Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

1. The e-Gift Card is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
2. In the event of special promotions, the validity period of e-Gift Card is as specified from the date of issuance.
3. The e-Gift Card can be redeemed towards the purchase of any product at Bhima Stores in UAE.
4. The e-Gift Card details has to be provided during the billing process for a seamless transaction.
5. The e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other voucher, gift card, or credit note.
6. The validity of the e-Gift Card will remain unaltered and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
7. The e-Gift Card must be redeemed in its entirety during a single transaction.
8. Partial redemption of e-Gift Card is not permitted. Any remaining balance will not be refunded through any means.
9. Multiple e-Gift Card can be used in a single billing transaction.
10. If there is an outstanding balance after redeeming the e-Gift Card, the customer is required to pay it using cash or card, inclusive of applicable taxes.
11. The decision of Bhima Jewellers is conclusive and binding. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE only.
12. Bhima Jewellers reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers, terms, and conditions at any time without providing a reason or prior notice.
